An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join the team at Porsche Centre Doncaster.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of our Service Department, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving workshop efficiency, service performance and team success.
You will support the Service Manager in leading the department, oversee daily workflow, mentor Service Advisors and step into the leadership role when required.This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated automotive professional who is passionate about premium customer service, operational excellence and developing high-performing teams within one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.In this role you will:Support the Service Manager in leading the daily operations of the Service DepartmentCoordinate workshop schedules to maximise productivity and workshop capacityMonitor repair progress and proactively manage workflow to meet promised delivery timesProvide exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the service journeyAssist customers with vehicle concerns, aftersales enquiries and service recommendationsPrepare accurate repair orders, quotations, invoices and service documentationManage customer bookings while coordinating technician availability and parts requirementsLiaise closely with Workshop Controllers,
