We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality products in the highly competitive market.About the RoleTo support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an LPG Business Development Manager to join our Beenleigh branch.You will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager, growing our business and market share in and around the Brisbane and Gold Coast region.
Previous industry and gas experience is an advantage but not essential.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCold calling prospective customers.Foster and drive our YES WE CAN customer service attitude.Proven ability to negotiate and 'close the deal'.




Achieve new business sales targets.Networking relationships with appropriate industry professionals.Establish new business development strategies.Delivering to out of gas customers if required.A friendly and supportive team environmentCompany reward and recognition programProfessional learning and development opportunitiesOpportunities for career progressionEmployee Assistance Program and Wellbeing initiativesSkills & ExperienceExperience in a similar sales role with gas industry experience would be advantageous.Candidates who have a passion for sales, including designing call cycles and exploring and exploiting new business opportunities.Versatile and adaptable to handle high pressure situations and have a high level of resilienceExcellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners.A National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required PRIOR to commencement.The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.Most importantly at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
