AI Analyst (Product & Business Engagement)
About the role
We're looking for an experienced AI Analyst to sit at the intersection of business, product, and emerging AI capability.
This is a hybrid role combining Product Owner and Business Analyst skillsets, focused on identifying where AI can create meaningful impact—and bringing those ideas to life.
You'll work closely with teams across the organisation to explore opportunities, run workshops, and validate ideas through rapid prototyping and proof of concepts, helping determine what's worth scaling.
What you'll be doing
Partner with teams across the business to identify and shape AI opportunitiesRun AI workshops and enablement sessions to uplift capabilityAssess, filter, and prioritise incoming AI ideas and requestsLead discovery and define clear, outcome-focused use casesBuild business cases and POCs to test feasibility, value, and viabilityApply "vibe coding" / rapid prototyping approaches to quickly bring ideas to lifeAct as a bridge between business and technology, navigating complex stakeholder dynamicsSupport and contribute to our AI Governance group and responsible AI practices
What you'll bring
Experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner,



or hybrid roleStrong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teamsExperience building business cases and shaping ideas to support decision-makingProven track record delivering or supporting POCs, MVPs, or early-stage solutionsConfidence facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation forumsAbility to work in agile, sometimes sensitive stakeholder environmentsA hands-on, curious mindset with a passion for exploring how AI can be applied
Highly desirable
Experience with AI tools, automation, or machine learning conceptsExposure to "vibe coding" or rapid experimentation (e.g. AI-assisted development, low/no-code tools)Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, or risk frameworksExperience working in innovation or transformation environments

Promoting internal AI-driven applications (e.g. AI application supporting nurse handovers, feedback analysis and other)Delivering multiple AI proof of concepts to test and validate ideasRunning organisation-wide AI workshops and enablement sessionsHelping establish and embed an AI Governance group
