This isnt a business development role; you'll be working on incoming instructions from existing clients, including developers and builders.
WFH flexibility is as much as you need, and you'll have free rein to manage the cadastral function your way.About the Licensed Surveyor RolePreparing accurate survey plans,



drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsPreparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications through the portalLiaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metProviding expert advice and guidance on surveying-related mattersMentoring and training junior surveyors to develop their skills and expertise once on boardLicensed Surveyor Experience & SkillsRegistered / Licensed Surveyor in Australia, or very close to completing PTAStrong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilities
