The role involves coordinating marine maintenance, repair, and operational activities while supporting project execution and vessel maintenance programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and guidance to operational teamsAssist in preparing Project Work Packs and operational instructionsSupport planning and execution of maintenance activities for vessels and marine equipmentEnsure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policiesCoordinate and schedule project activities to meet operational deadlinesPrepare, update, and monitor project schedules and critical timelinesTrack project progress, costs,



and resource utilizationEvaluate and update project forecasts based on actual progress and expensesCoordinate with internal departments, contractors, and management for smooth project executionMaintain accurate project, maintenance, and operational documentationRequirementsDiploma/Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred4+ years of experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, marine maintenance, or dry dock operationsCandidates with Middle East/Gulf experience will be preferredStrong understanding of marine engineering operations and maintenance planningAbility to manage project schedules, timelines, and operational activitiesGood communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
