Pinnacle Hardware is seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Victorian Distribution Centre.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Warehouse Manager, Operations Supervisor or high-performing warehouse leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and manage a larger, fast-paced operation.
You will lead a warehouse team of more than 40 employees across two shifts through a structure of supervisors, team leaders and other direct reports.
While you will be accountable for the overall site performance, this is a hands-on role with the majority of your time spent on the warehouse floor, balanced with office-based planning, reporting and team management responsibilities.
You will be visible and active within the warehouse, supporting your leaders, monitoring workflow, resolving operational issues and ensuring daily priorities are delivered safely, accurately and on time.
A key part of the role will be ensuring warehouse processes, procedures and standard work instructions are consistently followed, regularly reviewed and updated and employees are trained.
You will work closely with the National Warehouse Manager to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical changes that strengthen safety, productivity, inventory accuracy and overall customer service.
You will also manage and support a range of operational projects, including warehouse layout improvements, equipment implementation, capacity expansion, process changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be expected to take ownership of these projects from planning through to implementation while continuing to maintain control of the daily operation.
