Emeco is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our Queensland maintenance operations
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to shape operational performance across a diverse portfolio of mining clients while leading experienced Project Managers, Maintenance Superintendents and maintenance teams.
You'll spend your time where it matters most, on site with your people, engaging with clients, solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Extensive leadership experience within mining and heavy mobile equipmentProven success managing maintenance across multiple operations or contractsStrong commercial and financial capability, including responsibility for significant R&M; expenditureA track record of improving maintenance performance, reliability and operational efficiencyExperience leading leaders; not just teamsThe credibility to build trusted relationships with clients and operational stakeholdersThe ability to coach, challenge and develop high-performing leadership teamsA practical understanding of heavy mining equipment and the operational drivers of equipment productivity.
