$100K + Super (Negotiable based on experience)Campbellfield office and working across various VIC sites and locationsStable, growing business with a strong project pipelineSupportive leadership team and cooperative cultureOpportunity to develop your career within the construction industryAbout the roleWorking closely with the management team, you'll provide end-to-end project coordination and administration support across multiple projects.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating project documentation and reportingAssisting with budgets, forecasts and cost trackingProcessing invoices,



claims and subcontractor paymentsSupporting contract administration and tender documentationMonitoring project progress and key milestonesLiaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholdersMaintaining project records and compliance documentationSupporting project close-out activities and continuous improvement initiativesAbout youYou'll bring:Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administration role within construction, engineering or a related industryStrong financial and commercial administration skillsExcellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency across Microsoft Office (experience with project management software is advantageous)If you're looking for your next opportunity with a respected business where your contribution will genuinely make an impact, we would be keen on having a chat with you.
