They need a highly capable right hand who can take real ownership of the details, someone just as comfortable pulling together a board ready report as they are sorting a diary clash or picking up a personal errand.What You Will Be DoingManaging the CEO's diary and inbox, turning it into a transparent weekly planBuilding and maintaining business and adviser performance reportingPreparing presentations for leadership and client meetingsSupporting HR, onboarding and performance reviewsOrganizing the annual conference,
