With multiple complex projects running concurrently, procurement plays a critical role in enabling delivery and performance across the business.Short DescriptionAn opportunity for an experienced Procurement Lead to take ownership of end-to-end purchasing and inventory activities within a dynamic manufacturing and engineering environment, supporting multiple fast-moving projects.The RoleReporting to a senior finance leader, the Procurement Lead will oversee the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, goods, and services required to support manufacturing and project delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating close to the detail while also driving improvements in systems, processes, and supplier performance.You will manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and supplier onboarding, while ensuring continuity of supply across a diverse vendor base.
Working closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams,



you will translate project requirements into effective purchasing plans that balance cost, quality, lead times, and inventory targets.The role will also play a key part in strengthening procurement governance, managing supplier risk, improving inventory discipline, and supporting the evolution of ERP and purchasing systems.
