ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business through high-quality reporting, forecasting, controls and commercial analysis.

re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Financial Accountant who thrives in a busy work setting where supporting small team team and working closely with operational and executive teams, is what motivates you every day.
What You?
ll Do
Partner with the CEO, COO and leadership team to support strategy and drive commercial outcomesProvide financial insights, feasibility analysis and financial modelling to support business growth and future commercial arrangementsPrepare and maintain accurate, budgets, forecasts and management accounts.Monitor performance, analyse variances and support continuous improvement initiativesMaintain internal controls, risk management and cash flow reportingSupport system improvements, reporting enhancements and cost control initiativesSupport and mentor our payroll and accounts teams in their delivery of key accountabilities and processes.Assist with banking, funding, capital expenditure,



project feasibilities and financial due diligence
About You
You?
re a commercially minded and detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
You?
re comfortable translating financial information into clear, practical insights that support decision-making and growth.
You?
ll also bring:
Experience in a financial accounting, ideally within healthcare, labour hire or similar multi-site, multi-state environmentsStrong background in management reporting, budgeting and forecastingExperience with MYOB Acumatica EnterpriseExperience with systems, controls and governance frameworksA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to lead and mentor othersTertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or CommerceCPA, CA or equivalent (essential)
