Implementation & Training LeadAs the Implementation & Training Lead at Ahkgroup, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of our creative solutions.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, as you will not only oversee the implementation process but also lead training initiatives for clients and internal teams.
Your contributions will be essential in enhancing user experience and maximizing the value derived from our products.
This is a full-time position based in Liverpool, Merseyside, where you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive project success.Key factsLocation: Liverpool, MerseysideEngagement: Full-timeSalary: Competitive, commensurate with experienceVisa: Sponsorship available for qualified candidatesWhat you'll doLead the end-to-end implementation of Ahkgroup's solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align implementation strategies with client needs.Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.Create and maintain detailed documentation related to implementation processes, training materials, and user guides.Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the implementation phase, fostering strong relationships.Monitor project progress and performance metrics,



adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to enhance user engagement and product understanding.Act as a subject matter expert, staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve implementation and training methodologies.Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine training content and implementation processes, ensuring continuous improvement.Prepare and present reports on project status, training outcomes, and user satisfaction to senior management.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, information technology, or education.A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or training roles, preferably within the technology sector.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies,



as well as learning management systems (LMS).
Experience in developing training materials and delivering engaging training sessions.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.Nice to haveCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or instructional design.Experience in the implementation of SaaS solutions or enterprise software.Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and practices.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to measure training effectiveness.Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a team setting.Skills & toolsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data visualization tools.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.Practical notesThis position is based in Liverpool, Merseyside, and may require occasional travel to client sites for training and implementation purposes.The salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.Ahkgroup is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from all qualified candidates, including those requiring visa sponsorship.
