cost analysis and spend reviews to identify savings and value opportunitiesPrepare sourcing recommendations supported by commercial insights and risk assessmentsSupport category management activities and contribute to procurement strategiesBuild and maintain strong supplier partnershipsManage supplier performance, service levels and continuous improvement initiativesLead supplier reviews and performance discussionsSupport supplier qualification and onboarding processesWork proactively to identify and mitigate supply risksNew Product Development SupportPartner with R&D;, Marketing and Operations on current product launchesSource packaging and raw material solutions that balance quality, cost and supply requirementsCoordinate supplier quotations, samples and timelinesEnsure suppliers are ready to support successful product launchesBusiness Partnering & GovernanceCollaborate with Finance on budgeting, pricing forecasts and cost impact analysisSupport procurement reporting, savings initiatives and supplier KPIsDraft and manage supplier contractsEnsure compliance with GMP, TGA and internal governance requirementsAbout youYou're an experienced procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering commercial outcomes.You know how to strike the balance between cost, quality, service and risk, and you're equally comfortable negotiating with suppliers as you are analysing data and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.We're looking for someone who has:Degree qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline4-7 years' procurement experience within manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consumer products or a similar environmentStrong sourcing, supplier management and negotiation experienceExperience working with Australian and international supply chainsWell-developed analytical and commercial acumen
