This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services across acute, subacute, outpatient and specialist settings.
You will provide clinical governance, operational leadership and strategic direction,



while supporting patient flow and improving outcomes across the care continuum.You will work closely with Allied Health leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care, while also maintaining an appropriate clinical caseload.About you:Experienced Speech Pathologist with strong clinical capability (10 Years +)Proven leadership or readiness to step into a leadership roleStrong understanding of patient flow, service delivery and clinical governanceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCommitted to quality improvement and team developmentRequirements:Relevant Speech Pathology qualificationEligibility for Certified Practicing membership (Speech Pathology Australia)Lead a valued and established serviceStrong Allied Health leadership supportReal prospect to shape and improve servicesRegional lifestyle with meaningful impact
