The refurb / fitout will involve demolition, new in-ground services, recent partitions, ceilings, wall linings, floor coverings, and joinery as well as the reticulation of all new building services including medical gases, and the construction of new radiology, ultrasound, surgery,



pathology and waiting areas.Project duration will be around 15 weeks and the expected start date is within the next 2-3 weeks.You'll be responsible for supervising work done by contractors on the site and ensuring that it meets the required safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Days of work will generally be Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday only required if there are delays due to weather or material supply.About YouYou'll have:Experience supervising commercial refurbishment / internal fitouts, with experience in the vet or medical industry an advantageExperience supervising $1m-$3m projectsCarpentry background with the ability (and willingness) to perform some hands‐on trade workA commitment to HSEQ and an understanding of the day‐to‐day tasks needed to ensure safety, quality, and the environment are not compromised on siteA current Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicleCurrent First Aid and CPR accreditation, or willingness to obtainWhite Card.
