JOB PURPOSE
ONJ Services provides an extensive array of services to manufacturing and industrial facilities in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.
Our expertise includes electrical, mechanical, automation, HVAC, motor, and pump capabilities.
Additionally, we specialize in the sale of food & beverage and pharmaceutical machinery and spare parts, along with managing installations, repairs, and servicing.
The organisation has well-established contracts assisting a number of Manufacturing Facilities services to industrial and commercial clients.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be tasked with organising ONJ Services day to day business.
This role has a strong focus on acting autonomously to suit the organisation's best interests.
The successful candidate will possess a high numerical proficiency,



as well as being a people-person who can work well with colleagues whilst winning customer trust by forging strong relationships.
SCHEDULING
Manage clients jobs and the allocation of employees and contractors.
Proactively communicate to employee, job status, issues & other relevant information on a timely basis
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
Build strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
QUOTING
Ability to prepare Quotes and Tenders and related documents.
Ensuring ONJ Services tender process is carried out effectively and efficiently
STAFF MANAGEMENT
Make sure that operational duties are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure Employees and Contractors understand what is expected of them to perform their jobs
Proactively communicate to employee, job status, issues & other relevant information on a timely basis

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Certificate III in Electrical preferred
Robust electrical & mechanical industry and commercial experience
Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy.
Outstanding organisation & communication skills
Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
Results-driven mentality with drive and dedication to achieving key objectives
Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company.
Demonstrable management skills to lead a team to success
