This is a role for a practical, well‐rounded leader who can balance frontline engagement with operational strategy and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and embed a strong Zero Harm safety culture across the siteManage and develop a large, multi‐shift workforceDeliver operational performance across safety, quality, service and costDrive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice processesPartner closely with customers, sales and internal stakeholdersManage budgets, production planning and cost controlLead employee relations, engagement and workforce planningEnsure compliance with all safety,
