About the Role:Arnotts are investing in our high performing field team.We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of our VIC Warrnambool territory, covering Warrnambool, Colac, Torquay, Hamilton, and Portland.This is a well-established, high-value territory where success will come from maintaining strong in-store partnerships and consistently elevating execution across a diverse regional and resort trading store network.You'll play a critical role in growing our market-leading brands by strengthening relationships across the grocery channel and driving best-in-class in-store standards.What your day looks like:Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 Merchandisers to deliver consistent executionBuild trusted relationships with key in-store decision makersDrive best-in-class merchandising and compliance executionIdentify and deliver incremental sales opportunities across the territoryManage territory performance across 28-store territory (7 Coles,
