You'll take ownership of a high-potential territory, leading growth initiatives, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting the delivery of critical biomedical engineering services across Queensland.We are looking for a leader who enjoys being in the market - building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving outcomes through a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.Your work will directly contribute to safer, more connected healthcare environments across hospitals and health services throughout Queensland.About the RoleAs the Regional Operations Manager - Queensland, you will:Lead territory performance across revenue growth, profitability, retention, and operational deliveryDevelop and execute the Queensland territory strategy, aligning local priorities with national business objectivesBuild and maintain strong executive-level relationships across healthcare organisationsIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across biomedical and healthcare technology servicesLead and mentor a team of service engineers located across client hospital sites and offices in Brisbane and TownsvilleDrive a strong performance culture through practical coaching, accountability, and collaborationEnsure high standards of technical service delivery and customer satisfactionAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Demonstrated success leading territory growth,



operational performance, and technical service delivery within healthcare technology, biomedical engineering, or a related technical services environmentFormal qualifications in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical disciplineStrong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage sales pipelines and deliver accurate forecastingExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence interacting at all organisational levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholdersThe ability to engage technical audiences and communicate effectively around biomedical equipment, engineering services, and healthcare technology solutionsA collaborative, values-driven leadership style suited to healthcare environmentsStrong understanding of the Queensland healthcare landscape and established local relationshipsAn unrestricted Queensland Driver LicenceWhy Join Us?
