Location: Cheltenham, VIC | CPC Health (Part of PhysioChoice)
PhysioChoice is currently seeking a proactive, organised, and personable Casual Practice Administrator to support our busy clinic in Cheltenham.

The Role
This casual position offers Monday & Tuesday weekday shifts, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours to cover staff leave when required.
You will be a key point of contact for both patients and clinicians, playing an important role in the smooth and professional operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front desk service
Managing bookings and responding to client enquiries
Processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
Maintaining a clean, professional,



and organised clinic environment
Assisting with general administrative tasks and account processing
Laundering treatment towels and supporting daily clinic operations
Providing reception cover during staff leave as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
A friendly, skilled, and empathetic manner
Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
Reliability, flexibility, and a team-focused attitude
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment (preferred but not essential)
Experience with practice management software (Mindbody) is desirable
