We are committed to building a high-performing, reliable and customer-focused business with a long-term vision for growth across South East Queensland.As we prepare to commence operations, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Batching Plant Manager to lead the establishment of the plant, build the operations team and develop the systems and processes that will support the long-term success of the business.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operation of the batching plantEnsure production targets are achieved safely and efficientlyCoordinate dispatch and delivery schedulesMaintain product quality and batching accuracyLead the operations team, and foster a strong safety cultureDevelop operating procedures and systemsWork closely with customers and suppliersManage production costs,



and improve plant efficiency and profitabilityCoordinate preventative maintenanceEnsure compliance with all relevant legislative, safety, environmental and quality requirementsRequirementsDemonstrated experience managing a ready-mix concrete batching plantSound knowledge of concrete production, plant operations and logisticsStrong commitment to safety, quality and regulatory complianceExcellent organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA hands-on approach with a robust sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience establishing or commissioning a concrete batching plant will be highly regarded
