Learn and grow with us as we tackle the most complex challenges in helping more people to experience a lifetime of hearing.The OpportunityCochlear is looking for a Manufacturing Data & Analytics Manager to support Global Manufacturing Operational Excellence function in delivering data, analytics, and visualisation capabilities that enable consistent, high-quality decision-making across Cochlear's global manufacturing network.
This is a hands‐on leadership role combining data science, data visualisation, and people leadership, with a strong focus on delivery and capability uplift.
This is a permanent full‐time role based in our global headquarters in Macquarie University.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of manufacturing data, analytics, and visualisation solutions, including standardised dashboards and reporting frameworksTranslate business needs into scalable data products and actionable insights supporting operational performance and Continuous ImprovementDrive delivery of the Operational Excellence Strategy data and insights components aligned to business prioritiesIdentify and implement improvements in data pipelines, analytics approaches,



and visualisation practicesChampion the value of data and insights across manufacturing stakeholdersEnable adoption of self‐service analytics and standardised data sources across global sitesApply and embed data governance, data quality, and data management practices within manufacturingAttract, develop, and retain the best team to deliver Cochlear's current and future business objectivesAbout YouAs we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
