This is a critical frontline leadership role responsible for running operations and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.In this role you will;Lead and coordinate dailycentreoperationsManage and support the team of Youth Workers on shiftMake critical decisions to manage risk and maintain safetyWork with multidisciplinary teams to support outcomes for young peopleWork 12 hours shifts, with set monthly rotating rosters.You will be allocated to a daytime or nighttime roleThis is a hands-on, shift-based, leadership role where no two days are the same!
