Currently operating from our interim location on Hume Highway in Somerton, we are eagerly anticipating the completion of our state-of-the-art dealership in **** in Mickleham, which is set to revolutionise the truck sales and service customer experience in Melbourne.The roleThis is a rare and rewarding opportunity for a motivated Service Workshop Manager/Supervisor to lead, support and manage the daily operations within our busy Service Workshop.This role plays a key part in driving the performance and efficiency of the workshop team while ensuring high-quality service outcomes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a focus on continuous improvement, and a commitment to maintaining manufacturer standards and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily workshop operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are metSupport and lead workshop staff, ensuring they have the tools, training, and direction needed to perform at their bestEnsure all work is completed tomanufacturer specificationsand within agreed timeframesOversee apprentice and technician training, development, and performance reviewsPromote and enforce safe work practices and compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor and manage workshop performance, productivity, and workflowDeliver outstanding customer service,
