With six brands operating across five states and territories, QPF offers clients the convenience of one point of contact for their lending needs.We are seeking an experienced finance broker, or a motivated sales professional looking to enter the finance industry, to join our high-performing Equipment Finance team.This is an excellent opportunity to build your own client portfolio while leveraging the strength, systems, lender network, and reputation of QPF Finance Group.You'll be supported by a steady flow of leads from our strong vendor partnerships giving you a platform to grow your portfolio and maximise your earning potential.With uncapped commissions and the support of an experienced team, this role is ideal for someone who is driven, client-focused, and eager to build a successful long-term career in finance.About the RoleAs an Equipment Finance Broker, you will be responsible for identifying finance opportunities, supporting clients through the lending process, and building robust relationships with lenders, referral partners, and business clients.Your responsibilities will include:Client Advice & Finance SolutionsAssess clients' finance needs and recommend suitable loan products.Collect and review financial information to understand each client's position.Analyse client requirements and assess creditworthiness.Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process,
