This is a permanent full time role commencing Term 1, ****.Head of Year (Year Coordinator).
Initial 3-year tenure, subject to review in final year.12 period time allocation per cycle.Desired Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate:NESA-accredited to teach in NSW (any subject specialisation) with Proficient accreditation.Post-graduate qualifications (e.g. in Wellbeing or Educational Leadership) highly regarded (but not essential).
At least 5 years' full time equivalent teaching experience.At least 1 year's experience in a Year Coordinator / Head of Year role or similar leadership capacity.Demonstrated understanding of the diverse responsibilities, expectations, and accountabilities of the Head of Year position.Demonstrated knowledge of the factors that contribute to the wellbeing,
