Key Responsibilities
You will:
Deliver safe, high-quality, resident-centred nursing care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical requirements
Monitor, assess and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate effectively with residents, families and allied health professionals
Support the development and implementation of individualised care plans
Contribute to a positive,



respectful and inclusive care environment
Assist in managing residents with complex care needs and behaviours of concern
Promote dignity, choice and independence for all residents
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day.
You enjoy working in a team-focused environment and are committed to delivering exceptional care aligned with best practice standards.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Aged Care (preferred)
Robust clinical assessment and medication management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status (highly recommended)
