What We're Seeking:A minimum of six years' experience in industry or consulting roles.Proven ability to nurture effective client relationships.A track record of leading teams combined with proven business development skills.A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is essential.Academic achievements such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CIA, CISA are treasured.A thorough grasp of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT), risk management frameworks and auditing practices.Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is welcomed but not mandatory.Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to nurture client relationships through empathetic engagement.Leadership skills that embody empowerment focused on elevating those around you.
