We are looking for a Triage
Officer to join our Complaints Resolution team.
In this role, you
will complete intake and triage tasks to ensure complaints are
managed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with relevant
policies and procedures.
You will liaise with
complainants and service providers over the phone, manage
information within our case management system, and support the
delivery of
high-quality
complaint resolution services.
We are looking for someone
who has:
Excellent verbal and
written communication skills, with strong attention to
detail.
The
ability to apply policies and procedures.
Excellent organisational
skills and the ability to manage competing
priorities.
You will work in a small but
supportive team that values diversity and different perspectives.
You will have a mentor who will help you learn on the job, and
access to training so that you succeed in the role.
