About the Position
We are looking for a professional, dedicated, attention to detail Medical Receptionist to join our team.
The person we are seeking will be available for approximately between ***** hours per week.
Preferably with experience of working in a GP clinic




You will be responsible for:
Handling of incoming phone calls
Delivery of premium customer service
Enhancing the image of the front reception with professionalism
Booking of GP appointments and Allied Health appointments
Receipting of private billings with Tyro machines, and HICAPS.
Medicare billings, workcover billings
We envisage the successful candidate will be/have
Enthusiastic with strong communication skills
Self motivated with the ability to multi-task.
Highly organised plus positive time management skills
Excellent customer service
Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
Excellent computer skills
