The role will be offered on an 8/6 roster with point of hire being Perth only.

We are now seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to support the safe delivery of maintenance, construction and shutdown activities.
This is an opportunity to influence safety outcomes, drive continuous improvement and contribute to a strong safety culture across a high‐performance project team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and monitor health, safety and environmental management systems and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and provide practical guidance to mitigate identified risks.Deliver safety training, inductions and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes and support implementation of corrective actions.Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, regulations and site requirements.Assist with preparing reports, dashboards and presentations on HSE performance and trends.Promote a positive safety culture and advocate for continuous improvement across all work fronts.Engage with supervisors,



frontline teams and stakeholders to support safe work planning and execution.
About YouTertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years' experience as an HSE Advisor or Officer within mining, resources or energy sectors.Strong understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.Critical thinker with robust problem‐solving capability and sound decision‐making skills.Proactive, detail‐oriented and committed to promoting a safe and sustainable workplace.Alignment with KAEFER's values: Reliability, Ambition, Respect and Team Spirit.
