The RoleAs a key member of our management team, you will:
Collaborate with the Showroom and General Retail Manager to drive performance and exceed sales targets
Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of jewellery consultants
Lead from the front, closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service




Foster long-term relationships with loyal clientele and new luxury customers
Contribute to team culture and uphold the Solid Gold Diamonds brand values
About YouYou're a confident and well-presented professional with a strong background in luxury sales.
You bring:
Proven retail leadership and team development experience
A track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for fine jewellery and the ability to convey its story and value
Prior experience with a manufacturing jeweller is highly regarded, but not essential
