About the Role Lead daily operations of the workshop, supporting your team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
Monitor performance metrics and report on weekly and monthly results.
Promote products and services using your industry knowledge.
Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
Availability to work Saturday mornings (8.00am to *****pm) About You A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a solid work ethic.
A hands-on leader who sets the standard for exceptional service.
Minimum 3-5 years' current experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred).
Proven sales success in a customer-facing role.
Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential.
