What you'll be doing
Deliver high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to a diverse clientele
Provide expert consultation to clients, offering professional advice on hair care, styling options, and product recommendations
Mentor and supervise junior hairdressers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to develop their skills and confidence
Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and salon cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service
Assist with stock management and salon organisation as required




Represent the salon professionally and uphold our brand values in all client interactions
What we're looking for
Current certification or qualification in hairdressing
Minimum 3-5 years of professional hairdressing experience, demonstrating advanced technical skills
Proven experience in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
Experience mentoring or training junior staff members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Solid customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Reliable, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of health and safety standards in the salon environment
Flexibility and adaptability
Current First Aid certification is advantageous
