The RoleWe are looking for a casual Chef/Cook who is competent on grill, pans & pass to join our talented team.
Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and present dishes as per our menu and recipes
Monitor the quality of raw and cooked food
Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
Prepare food to meet any special dietary requirements of customers
Ensure meals are prepared as per the hygiene standards and served on time
Assist with creating new seasonal menus and specials




Ensure food is stored in temperature-controlled facilities
What We're Looking For
Minimum Certificate IV qualification in Commercial Cookery is required
At least two years' experience in a similar role is required
Enthusiastic and motivated individual
Friendly, positive & approachable attitude
