Fowles Wine is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tasting Room Attendee to join our Cellar Door team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves wine, enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.
You will guide guests through wine tastings, share the Fowles story, make thoughtful recommendations and actively support wine sales, Fowles VIP and Granite Wine Club memberships.
About the roleYou will:
Welcome guests and deliver friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable service
Host engaging and personalised wine tastings
Share the stories behind our wines, family and region
Recommend wines and actively drive sales
Promote memberships, events and dining experiences
Maintain a clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented Tasting Room
Support stock control,



opening and closing procedures and general Cellar Door operations
About youYou are energetic, confident and highly driven by sales.
You thrive in a fast-paced workplace, move quickly and do not let a sales opportunity pass you by.
You are proactive and always looking for the next opportunity to recommend a wine, convert a tasting into a purchase or grow our Fowles VIP and Granite Wine Club memberships.
You are comfortable working towards targets, following up opportunities and delivering results, while still providing warm, genuine and knowledgeable service.
Previous experience in wine, hospitality, retail or sales is highly regarded.
Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.
