Graduates of the Rig Ready Program may be invited by Harness Energy Pty Ltd to apply for available Leasehand positions across QLD, WA, NT & SA.
Such roles typically include even-time rosters (2/2 or 3/3, FIFO/DIDO) with tier-one operators.

Completing the program does not guarantee employment, however it does position you strongly for upcoming roles either advertised by Harness Energy or other employers.
Training runs in set windows aligned to upcoming operational demand.
