As a Client Services Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with everyday banking needs, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products.
Take ownership of the customer ensuring the best possible outcome.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or referrals.
Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Update customer records and manage confidential information securely.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service or call centre (banking preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM system skills.
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service.
