About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales & Delivery Driver with Warehouse Support to join our team based in Port Elliot, South Australia (40 hours per week).

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales, deliveries, and warehouse operations. You'll spend time on the road visiting customers throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia, with occasional overnight travel required.

You'll also assist with preparing and delivering customer orders while supporting the day-to-day operation of our warehouse.

As one of the key faces of Walkley's Finest Bait & Tackle, you'll build lasting relationships with our customers and play an important role in delivering the outstanding service we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a manual company MR truck to complete multi-drop deliveries.
- Deliver bait, including chilled and frozen products, tackle, and related products to retail customers across metropolitan and regional South Australia.




- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately pick, prepare, load, and unload customer orders.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Complete delivery paperwork, driving logs, and related documentation accurately.
- Assist with receipting stock, inventory control, stock rotation, and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Work closely with the warehouse and sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements, road transport regulations, and company policies.

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and enjoys working in a small, close-knit team.

You will ideally have:

- Valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence with a good driving record (essential)
- A forklift licence or willing to obtain.
- Previous experience in delivery driving, customer service, sales, or warehouse operations (preferred but not essential).
- Basic computer and logistics mapping software knowledge
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.




- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- High levels of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness, including the ability to regularly lift up to 20 kg.
- An interest in fishing, boating, or the outdoor industry (desirable).
