The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at this iconic outback venue.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, assisting with service, leading the team in the Head Chef's absence and ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the adventure of remote hospitality.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
- Strong experience working in busy, high-volume kitchens.
- Confident leading and mentoring a kitchen team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience across all kitchen sections, including grill.
- Strong understanding of food safety, stock control and kitchen operations.
- Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and quality food.
