The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Analyst to join our high-performing Commercial Finance team, supporting our growing Food Ingredients portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to provide financial insights, commercial analysis and decision support that drives long-term profitability.

What You Will Do

- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to provide commercial insights and financial support that drive profitable growth
- Support Integrated Business Planning, including Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and S&OP; processes
- Manage month-end reporting and forecasting for the Food Ingredients portfolio, delivering meaningful analysis on pricing, volume and profitability
- Develop financial models and business cases to support new product development, pricing and commercial investment decisions
- Monitor promotional performance, trade investment and pricing across key product categories
- Provide profitability analysis and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver business outcomes

What You Will Bring

- Experience in fast paced commercial finance, financial analysis or finance business partnering role




- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a commercial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence business decisions
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or retail will be highly regarded
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded
- Advanced Excel skills with exposure to SAP, BW or Business Intelligence reporting tools
