We are all about delivering top quality food with a focus on fresh seasonal produce . We need a talented CDP to boost the middle management in our team . train and develop our upcoming chefs and thrive in a fast past environment .

What you'll be doing ..

- Managing sections across a busy kitchen including larder ,grill, pizza and desserts .

- Working closely with Sous/Head chef to deliver a consistent high standard of food

- Bringing fresh ideas to the table in terms of menu design .

- Proven experience in a similar role .

- Solid technical skills with an eye for detail .

- Creativity and passion for using fresh , high quality produce .





- Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment .

- Excellent time management and organisational skills .
