Customer Service / Administration Officer - St Marys
Oriem is a fast-growing company in the concrete steel reinforcement industry, supplying builders, developers, and concreters.
We're looking for a Customer Service / Administration Officer to join our team and grow with our business at our St Marys office.
Working in a team environment, the successful applicant will report to the Office Manager.
This is a hands-on, involved role that includes daily contact with customers and suppliers, data entry, and invoicing - ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and a outstanding communicator.
Location:St Marys
Hours:Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Managing orders between customers and suppliers




Assisting with incoming phone calls
Data entry and ad-hoc duties as requested
Assisting with general overflow of office responsibilities
Experience in office administration essential
Positive telephone manner and people skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; must be competent in Excel
Positive verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
Good math skills and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
