Based in Belmont QLD, you'll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres, providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands‐on support.
Act as first contact for on‐site queries and elevate urgent issues.
Manage equipment and supplies,



reporting faults and maintaining stock.
Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous cleaning experience.
Solid communication skills and ability to lead a small team.
Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous).
A smartphone for work communication.
Valid working rights in Australia.
Driver's licence and reliable car (essential).
Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
