An chance exists at our Doctors at Southport Park practice, for a friendly, skilled and dedicated medical receptionist to join our team.
We're looking for someone on a casual basis, approx.16 hours per week, plus a Sunday shift approx.
every 3 weeks, along with annual leave and sick leave cover.
What we are looking for:
Valuable organisational skills
Superior multi-tasking skills and
Experience in a similar role within general practiceis preferred.
You will be responsible for:
Handling ofincoming calls
Delivery of premium customer service to our patients and clinicians alike
Booking ofGPand Allied Health appointments
Receipting of Medicare, HICAPS& some private billings
Demonstrated skills include:
Experience with Best Practice (preferred)
Experience in administration within a busy GP surgery (preferred)
Ableto workunder pressure
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Excellent customer service
Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
