About the Role
As a Senior Dozer Operator, you'll be responsible for the protected and effective operation of mobile plant while supporting the day-to-day management of the site.
Your duties will include:
Operating dozers, rollers and other mobile plant
Managing rehabilitation activities in line with site plans
Coordinating material receivals and equipment compliance
Ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines and planning permits
Promoting a robust safety culture across the site
About You
To be successful,



you will have:
Proven experience operating dozers and rollers in quarrying, earthmoving or similar environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Reliable work ethic with excellent attendance
Licences & Tickets
Current Dozer (LZ) Ticket
Roller Ticket
Water Cart Ticket or HR Driver's Licence
Valid Australian working rights
Additional plant tickets highly regarded
