As the HR/People & Culture Specialist at YLO (Residential Care Services) Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting our thriving organisation and contributing to the overall success of our team.

What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall people and culture strategy
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Strong understanding of Australian employment laws, HR best practices,
and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficient in HR-related software and technology
Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
