Samford Pines Early Learning Centre is situated on a 7 peaceful acres, just 10 minutes from Ferny Grove. Nestled amongst the pines, children and Educators enjoy bush kindy on site, surrounded by nature. A place to escape the hussle and bussle of the city, without the long commute.
With our growing occupancy we are now recruiting Diploma Qualified, Cert III and Centre Cook
The successful candidate must be Diploma qualified (or actively working towards).
The successful candidates must be able to work all centre shifts (a range of shifts between the hours of 6:45am-6:15pm).
Centre rostering is fair and opening/closing shifts are shared across the team, so this flexibility is essential.

Required Skills & Experience
Able to create a secure, fun and welcoming setting
Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
Previous experience in a Lead Educator role
Able to assist, plan and implement a quality early learning program, document children's individual learning and critically reflect for continuous improvement
Minimum ACECQA approved Diploma or Cert III or actively studying
Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
