What You'll Do:
Warmly welcome and check in patients with a friendly smile
Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communications
Handle billing, insurance processing,



and administrative tasks
Assist chairside when needed to support our clinical team
Use your intermediate chairside dental assisting skills to effectively support clinical procedures
Help create and maintain a smooth, comfortable, and positive patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
Experience in dental reception and/or dental assisting
Minimum 1–2 years of dental reception or dental assisting experience required
Experience in both dental reception and dental assisting highly regarded
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting
A team player with a friendly, warm, skilled, and positive attitude
Knowledge of dental software is an advantage
Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
