Venue Manager
to lead this iconic late-night venue in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Known for its live music, sport, buzzing atmosphere, great food and perfectly poured Guinness, Finn's is a true Brisbane institution with plenty of personality.
This is an exciting prospect for a solid hospitality leader looking for their next challenge within a well-known and growing hospitality group, with genuine career progression and professional development opportunities available.
What's on offer:
Salary package $90,000 - $100,000 + Super
Quarterly KPI bonus opportunities up to $44,000 P/A

What we're looking for:
Previous Venue Management experience in high-volume hospitality venues
Strong operational background across food & beverage
Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
Robust understanding of rostering, stock control, reporting & P&L; management
Ability to drive service standards, team culture and business performance
Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence during peak trade
Ability to execute promotions and build guest engagement
Current RMLV & Approved Managers Licence required
Previous Irish pub and/or late-night venue experience is highly regarded, however not essential
